Great place to work at! I just recently hit my 1 year anniversary. Last November I broke my hand at home and was off work until January! They didn't bat an eye when it was time for me to return, not many will bring someone back in after only a month of working there! They are all great people here that will do whatever to ensure you and your family are taken care of, as long as you do as expected-work your shift and produce quality products! Great place to work!! Some nights felt longer than others, thats for sure :) Good people to be around. Show up to work, do your job, and keep your mind right and there shouldnt be an issue!! If you find that you dont like your job, dont slack off or just walk out...see about getting a transfer, never know you may like something else more than you thought. If you have a chance at becoming a Next member, take it and run with it. My motivation is my family for sure, find yours and stick with it!!
