I absolutely love this company. The pay the people and the culture is great. Not too mention an HR building full of people willing to talk or help with personal or professional problems. You don't get that much anymore. Also i haven't seen many other companies that try their hardest to keep employees and not let them walk
Next gen is fucking awesome!! Best job ive ever had I went from 13 an hour to 17 In only a year! They really appreciate their workers and are always looking for new ways to make it better!!
