I have to say I had low expectations but Next Gen far exceeded my expectations and will use them again for any repair I have. A+++ service and communication.
Dan has been exceptional and has been super with availability. I needed a weekend appointment (Sunday) because I was traveling and he made it happen. I had something go wrong last night and was able to do the service the next day on Saturday. He knows all cars and is trained on luxury cars as well. He is my go to for BMW, Mazda and Honda. I highly recommend to anyone needing service of any type.
I Met Daniel at a local auto part store. I was having trouble with my 2012 Chevy Silverado. Daniel overheard the guy at the counter tell me what the code on my truck was reading. I asked the guy at the counter if he knew of anyone who could fix my truck and he referred Daniel. He just happened to be in there getting parts. I asked him about my truck. Highly recommend! Our car broke down yesterday and he came to us within 20 minutes and was able to fix it the next day. Pricing was fair and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely use his services again.
