I have to say I had low expectations but Next Gen far exceeded my expectations and will use them again for any repair I have. A+++ service and communication.
Dan has been exceptional and has been super with availability. I needed a weekend appointment (Sunday) because I was traveling and he made it happen. I had something go wrong last night and was able to do the service the next day on Saturday. He knows all cars and is trained on luxury cars as well. He is my go to for BMW, Mazda and Honda. I highly recommend to anyone needing service of any type.
