I am a new member and I am so pleased with this gym. Big thank you to LeeAnn who made my transition to a new gym so personal and comfortable. I met with LeeAnn for my trainer eval. She was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and obviously well-trained. It was the first time I have been to a gym and felt that the trainer actually listened to my needs and goals. Started two years ago when Small Group Training classes were added and offered with early am hours. I've built strength and do things I never thought I'd do. Trainers are motivating and well trained with a focus to help us improve, while correcting form and preventing injury. Each class is different & designed with purpose. Enjoy working out here, even at 6am! Thanks to trainers Ryan, LeeAnn, and Tyler!
I've joined many gyms in the past, and this is by far my favorite. there are so many classes to. choose from. The equipment is varied and updated often. The staff is friendly and helpful.
