RecommendedA serious gym. Everyone who works and trains here appears dedicated, which keeps me motivated. Lots of windows means lots of light, especially in the morning. This is big plus for me as many gyms have a basement or warehouse feel. Yes, some of the equipment is showing age, but I don't mind. I go for the vibe in the room, not for brand new, shiny gear.

The gym is well kept and doesn't have a funky smell ..the staff that work there are very welcoming.
I really like the trainers- I have LeeAnn and I can see how passionate she is about health and fitness. She is also always looking to ensure everyone is doing things the right way and that is super imp.
Positive and uplifting atmosphere with emphasis on being healthy, strong and mindful. All of the trainers are attentive and helpful and I enjoy going to the small group training sessions as well as group fitness classes and having personal training sessions with Richie. The daycare is wonderful as well and allows me to get my workout in even on days the kids have off from school :)
I’ve been at this gym and location since the beginning. It’s close to home and has everything I need.
I have been going here for a little over a year now. The trainers are great! They all love what they do and it shows! Everyone is very personable and down to earth. The classes are my favorite and are always changing. The small class size lets the trainers pay close attention and help you do things right and to your best ability. I would recommend Next to everyone, especially if you are afraid to workout yourself or need a little extra push to get going.
Love that there are so many squat racks!!! There's a bit of everything for everyone here. Regardless of what kind of fitness you're into, you'll find it here.
