I recently purchased a home that was sold by agent Eli Corum. I am not one to post negative reviews, but I am doing so here in hopes that future homebuyers will be warned. Initially, Eli was courteous and affirming. He entered a purchase agreement with me with niceties and was responsive to communications. Then the wheels fell off. Chase Thibodeaux and Eli Corum are the worst agents. They did not place any signs on the property until I called them about 30 days after our listing became active. The property is lakefront and they never saw a need for a lakefront sign. Now they won't return my phone calls or texts. Do NOT list your property with these guys. They are not professional and will treat you as if you are stupid. They keep delaying and won't give us a termination to our contract since they did not fulfill their obligation to us.
