After lying to me for a couple of months leading me on to believe they were working on my computer, they finally told me they could not fix it and ... instead, ruined the computer and tons of special software. Joe, (the owner??) , I brought a correctly running video editing computer and wound up with garbage and they don't want to even know about. He had the nerve to offer me $100 compensation and then never even sent that as promised.
I am a semi long-term client and have noticed more and more excuses. Respond time to my calls are horrible. I do not recommend using this company for your technical needs, they are very unreliable.
this is the place to go my laptop screen broke during a vacation and I needed to get it fixed pronto next door geeks was the best reviewed so I tried it out sure enough I went and got excellent service the repair was done in about a half an hour friendly technician from my neighborhood I recommend this place for all of your computer repairs
After being disappointed with the customer service from a main store chain, we were looking for other options, including reliable service. Found these guys on the YP and no one is more happy than us that we did. Bought the equipment to the store on a Saturday, they had it fixed two days later with a reasonable price, excellent customer service and professionalism. We I will definetively comeback here for future help as well as recommend the store to all our friends.

I cracked my Iphone 4 screen same day it was bought :( I Searched for the best place with good prices to fix it. Finally found Next door geeks and aside from having a great price for the repair, they had the best customer service i have found yet. The repair was fast and my phone was brand new again. I will recommend this place to anyone. And i will defiantly go back (Hoping I won’t have to lol) But if anything were to happen this is the place to go. THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB
