Akim Mena took a deposit for an order and did not show up for 2 appointments. No communication that he would not show up. After reviews about my expereince, his father finally contacted me and made a third appointment and his installer Jans arrived on time and did an excellent job! I paid him and gave him a tip for a job well done. Deal with the father, Mr Mena. He is a real gentleman.

First off i just want to say i rarely EVER do reviews. Not my thing as it takes a lot for me to get to this point. We hired this company to do blinds in our new house. They came and installed them and everything looked great. Two days later, the blind in my daughters playroom just snapped off and fell almost hitting her. Thankfully, it missed her and shes okay.
