Drew did an amazing job for my grandmother. He was there until 11 o’clock at night finishing so that way she would have the mobility she needed when she came home from rehab the next day highly recommend.
Next Day Access listened to my specific needs and did a great job of giving me a ramp that works for me, including making some necessary modifications. I appreciate all they did to make access to my home as easy as possible. Thank you to their team!
Absolutely positively amazing experience working with these folks!!!! The scheduling, pricing, installation all of it is 5 STAR!!! Bradley is absolutely stupendous!!!!!! Cathy has been exceptional as well! if you are in need of mobility safety devices I just had 7 grab bars installed for my 88 yr old mother and a 54 special needs brother. We also had a ramp install as well. All extremely professional just so very very pleased with all of it from end to end!!
From the first contact with Drew he was compassionate and empathetic to my mother’s needs. I was transitioning her from the north to the south with medical necessities Drew reassured me all would be well before we arrived home. I was able to have peace of mind knowing my mom would be safe & all her needs satisfied.
