I was in Memphis to help a relative after a hip replacement. A representative from Next Day Access came out on a Friday to review her house and discuss what she needed done. He told me I would receive an estimate early the next week. After that, the company ghosted us—-no estimate, no explanations, no return phone calls. Very disappointed.
