I want to give a shout out to Shuntay, who was my representative on the phone. She displayed excellent telephone manners by identifying herself and company first and then getting onto the business of the call. She efficiently arranged for the delivery of a ramp, explained that the technician would provide more info and then called back the next day to follow up and receive payment. We like portable ramp; great experience! Thank you, Shuntay!

My husband is thrilled to be able to get outside without needing help. The installers were very polite and professional. They did excellent work and completed it quickly We are very grateful!
