Moses and Willy did an awesome job! Plus, they were professional and fast!
Shuntay was wonderful! She was able to book a same day mobility scooter rental and even taught me how to disassemble and assemble it to make it more compact in the car!
Had my scooter develop an issue,called in on a Tuesday they scheduled a repair tech to come out next day. Was told between the hours of 1-3 i could expect to see them well he arrives at 12:50 what a great surprise! He diagnosed my issue called the manufacturer confirmed it was under warranty ordered the new drive and told me should be in next week! What a pleasure to deal with a company that really does take care of their customers. I highly recommend them if you are in the need of any mobility aids.
Next Day Access Memphis was so very helpful and understood my needs completely. My back pain and balance issues prevent me from walking very far at all. With two graduations coming up for our youngest son, I needed help. My wife called around and found NDAM. They have motorized wheelchairs, 3-wheeled "Scooters", and power-chairs.
