THe team that came with Josiah was all prompt and on time. The lift was installed with great care and was focused on making sure that the lift worked properly and that all safety features worked as they should. I have no complaints about the service at all. Operation of the lift was explained in detailed and I was shown what to do if there ever was a problem and told to call anytime I had trouble or questions. So why mess with perfection. They are all a great team.
I am very impressed with Josiah and his team. Josiah was prompt, professional and very knowledgable. The quote for what we needed done was reasonable (several grabs bars and an adjustable shower head). When the team came to install everything they were very conscientious and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend them for access and safety needs.
Excellent! Work was installed quickly, with superior quality. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for Mom. Josiah is SO kind and the whole team was professional and worked hard. They cleaned up after themselves and worked HARD to get everything completed before she moved in (with very short notice from us.) We can't recommend them enough! Oh and the pricing was incredibly reasonable too!! Thank you!!
Due to a leg injury, I could not get access to my home with it's front steps. I call NEXT DAY and they were able to come out the same afternoon and install a wheelchair ramp. They measured and leveled everything and save me thousands of dollars too. They were very professional, explained the initial costs, monthly fees and even explained it could be a temporary ramp or if I needed it to be permanent the costs involved.
