Omer and Tal are great at what they do. Omer has a great customer service demeanor and Tal is very knowledgeable with the many options for assisted devices. They work well as a team, have a great set up and clean up process and they are efficient. Thank you so much for making my temporary disability more accessible.
My wife was injured while on a trip out of state. During our 2-day drive back home, Tal visited our house, assessed our needs, and had a ramp that meets our every need installed at our front door before we got home. Next Day Access has equipment for inside the house, too. I cannot recommend Next Day Access highly enough.
Tal with Next Day Access Columbia was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He made the entire process very easy and was consistently great with communication.
Good people to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable from figuring out best design, to installation. Randy had lots of ideas/suggestions. You could feel a genuine nature to be helpful from Tal and Randy. Their nice, young apprentice, Omer would do very well to learn from them! Keep up the good work guys!
