Nice apartment, management can be slow to respond and the lease contract was long, confusing, and not specific to each property.
I’m a resident at one of their properties and I reached out for information and assistance with a COVID-19 Rental Assistance Application. Instead of being helped, I was transferred to answering service that took my information and never returned my call. Very unprofessional.
