We have had several real estate transactions that Ryan helped us out with that were a bit beyond the normal transaction. One was selling a ranch up in Livermore, Co. This sale was a challenge to say the least as it involved not only the land but also water rights. We worked with Ryan to assist us in finding a ski condo in Summit County. He was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and patient as this is not an easy process or decision. We ended up with exactly want we wanted and don’t feel we would have gotten there without his assistance. Ryan Sondrup was absolutely amazing to me in my search for a place to live here in Colorado. He was very patient and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. Ryan was great to work with looking for a condo in Westminster. Timing was critical and working from out of state was challenging. We found great deal and was able to secure condo in our price and critical timing. Ryan also helped with some repairs and contractors.
