Dont expect anyone to actually show up.... Been waiting 3 business days now. no courtesy calls or texts, no offer of any discount, nothing. Appt keeps getting rescheduled and no one shows up. Getting a little ridiculous
Extremely difficult job, because I had no clue where the septic tank was. I thought I knew, but it turned out to be completely wrong. It was one of these extremely hot days and the guys just kept working as if it were 70 degrees outside. But they figured it out, pumped the tank, snaked the sewer line. And I learnt that I have two clean outs I didn’t know about. Extremely high work ethic, it really impressed me. Whenever I need their service again, without any doubt I will call them again. Thank you for the help!
Had a home project to get done, bought parts at Lowes and had the install through them also, Nexlvl called and scheduled very fast and sent Shawn (Sean) out, he was great, fast knowledgeable, answer all question and had ne inspect before he left. Excellent overall experience for us...
