Matt and John called before their arrival for the installation appointment to let me know they were on their way and arrived well within the appointment window. They both took great pride in their workmanship and changed out the old toilet for the new low-profile toilet in less than an hour. After the new install they removed the old toilet and packing materials and left the work area spotless! I would heartily recommend NexLvl to anyone in need of their services!
Absolutely amazing company! They were dependable, acted quickly and did such an amazing job cleaning up the site after the repair. Logen is knowledgeable and took such great care of us on short notice for a major leak. Hunter and another gentleman that I did not catch his name (please forgive me if you read this) were so kind and courteous to all my residents and kept me informed during the entire repair.
