I am into day 10 no Hot Water. This company is the issues - bought thru Lowes. They had to install a 20 gallon unit with simple 15 amp. Issues since day one - they blamed the manufacturer. Just found out yesterday wrong power that they requested should be 120 not 240. Put my family in danger with wrong power. Wasted $ electric using wrong power - now not responding to my calls. Had over 5 service people out and none of them checked the power till yesterday. Lowes needs these people retrained or find another expert installati... read more
NexLvl is the very best! I had just a small problem, but they still treated me like a VIP, came promptly and got the problem resolved quickly! Didn't charge a lot! I would recommend to anyone needing help, these guys are the best!
