**"Absolutely the worst experience at Nexis Massage! The staff has no sense of customer service or basic courtesy. They kept asking for money in the middle of the service, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. The service itself was pathetic—rushed, careless, and not at all relaxing. The staff had no talking sense and seemed more interested in finishing quickly rather than providing a quality experience. A complete waste of money and time. Avoid this place at all costs!"**
