Shady Disappointing Expensive.
I've never had a good experience with a car dealership- until Nexgen. I've waited a couple of months to leave a review, because I wanted to make sure my rebuilt title car didn't have any hidden issues, but it's been great and I have no complaints. I found their dealership online, and everything was priced really reasonably. When I went in to test drive the Rav4 I ended up leaving with, I didn't feel pressured or rushed into making a purchase. I told the sales lady that I was so excited to find this Escalade with 22,000 miles (Stock#: ******). She told me all about it. However, when I looked at the Carfax report, mileage was 65,751 last year before being rolled back. They failed to tell me that. She also failed to tell me it had a salvage title. Worse is that they are advertising it as a car with 22,000 miles. That is an outright LIE.
While I knew what damage had been caused to my truck I purchased, I have come to find this company questionable. I had first asked if there were any major defects that had caused the slightly lowered price of what to expect, I was told no there was not. I arrive, the fog light is not working on one side, the trim for the truck had multiple scratches and dents, and other items that I was not too concerned with, but was disappointed by the lie.
