Julian and his tech person were very kind and patience. Explained very detailed and very positive attitude. Also manager Tony was very cooperative for the payment method. We got signed for new AC system. Thank you so much for Nexgen company.
Our technician was knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the readings he discovered and suggested preventive maintenance to keep the A/C system running smoothly.
Service men were polite, informative and friendly.
Christian, Jose, and Javier were all exceptionally respectful, knowledgeable and efficient in their work on our A/C unit and in installing attic insulation. I appreciate their expert service.
