Great service!
My AC stopped working and gave me a power failure message. Ryan was dispatched as the technician to assist. He was great, he quickly diagnosed the issues (fuses and capacitors). He gave me practical solutions and was great to work with. If I have issues in the future I will be asking for him specifically.
Javier did a great job on the tune-up of my Daiken AC/Heating and 3 air handlers.
Do not use NexGen! Horrible service. We have been trying to get a call back from a manager to get a proper invoice and breakdown of the services done to our AC Unit. They refuse to provide a breakdown.
