This was an HVAC tune up special thru the Home Depot for $25! NexGen's tech; David, was great! He arrived on time and was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. I had a heating issue and although he was unable to fix it, because it would require ordering a part, he determined that my actuator was not responding to an electrical signal. Franklin came out to diagnose an A/C mini-split issue. The problem turned out to be a communication error due to faulty or loose wires. Everything was covered under warranty and now works great.

Thank you David did a great job on Explaining what my system is lacking, what could be done better? What needs to be looked at what should be done for maintenance? I appreciate your knowledge as I let you know it was all New territory
I had NexGen out for an A/C annual inspection. I wasn't having any problems with my A/C. The A/C maintenance checklist showed a health score of 8 and no problems. The tech recommended changing the run capacitor which I did even though i had doubts that it was needed. 2 days later my A/C stopped working and I have to wait 3 days until someone can come out again.
