Making an appointment, having a technician to come to my house was easy, fast. Employees are friendly, approachable& knowledgeable. Art, technician came to my house ontimely, friendly, explains what to be done, made recommendations , he was fast, am very satisfied of the service.
Nexgen really scammed my elderly mom, needless to say we won't be doing business with them anymore. Her brand new AC system broke, took them 3 days to come, then they charged her for it
A fantastic job done by Justin! Flue baffle replaced, everything works again, cleaned everything and had a outstanding attitude the entire time. 10/10 would have him back when needed.
Devon was my tech. He explained how to clean the coils, why the air was not circulating and the condenser getting frozen. He cleaned the coils, checked the numbers and Showed me where they need to be. He was awesome. I purchased the maintenance because it offers 2 check ups a year, I am glad I did.
