Ismael Valdez Owner and CEO is running a company with appalling customer service. I have a warranty on my A/C unit and no one cares to help me with fixing what Joceline a tech. said I needed. I spoke with the manager Mike who has not called me back. I spoke with a supervisor Sandra who said she would help but never did return a call after I explained what was going on. Hopefully the Wrench Group will get my email and help me. Use another company you have been warned.

They came out right away and made the booking process very easy. The tech, Joe, was very professional and knew everything about my unit. He took care of the problem in an efficient and thorough manner. i would definitely use in the future.
Nexgen installed 2 new Lennox heapumps, 2 exchangers, and a thankless water heater. $37,000. This was 8 months ago. Today, it's 80 degrees in our house because freon leaked out of the new system. Tech arrived 6 hours late, took 2 hours to determine no freon, and didn't have freon to charge system. Every time you call, you are referred to "didpatch." In 8 months dealing with this outfit, "dispatch" has never returned a call.
