No shows to my follow-up appointment. My first was at 2pm to 5pm. After they presented "solutions" I wanted to talk over pricing with my family (since it was high) and I called an hour after they left for a few questions about the Gas Compression Check and how that differs from a SoCalGas inspection. I was told the technician would call me back and I book an appointment the next day from 8-noon. The technician never called and nobody arrived to the follow-up.
Efram, I believe, was the technician who handled my AC&Heating service call today. He was prompt and very professional. NexGen has serviced my properties in the past, I'm a satisfied customer.
Punctual, professional, knowledgeable by far better then our last AC guy. Would recommend Noah any day.
