Great service. Augusto, the technician was very communicative and arrived on time. Very clean and considerate of the house. Once service was completed he provided me with a report of everything that he inspected and serviced. Made some recommendations. Time it took to complete the service was fast and efficient.Ā
Very Thorough. Careful about not tracking dirt in. Explained everything. Expensive additional work add ons which I didn't get. Inspection is a monthly service fee, which was a reasonable price but would rather pay a one time service fee, rather than a once a month fee. Suppoesedly easy to cancel.Ā
Juan was very polite and helpful. I told him of my budget restrictions and he offered Solutions that better fit my needs.Ā
Nex Gen is knowledgeable but very expensive. There repair costs are highly inflated. Iāve had 2 experiences where they quoted repair costs where the part cost less than $150.00 and there cost was quoted at over $1,200.00.Ā
