Total Ripoff and fraudulent! IF I could rate them with many negative stars I would! They tried to take advantage of me, and older woman, during negotiations! Luckily my brother steered me toward a second opinon. The referral I called - the next a/c tech - pulled out the filter (see photo) and that was the issue - the filter was replaced and the AC is up and running without issue.
