Alfred Alvarez did a great job in inspecting our HVAC unit last week. He was communicative on his arrival time and his whereabouts when he needed to pick up another parts to complete the job. He was very knowledgeable and efficient with the work that was completed and very thorough. Thank you Alfred!

Summer 2024 2,400 square ft home. Desert Had the whole system removed/installed ducts thermostat Ames80 furnace, 5 ton Sx16 compressor outdoor unit. $19,000.. Had a monthly subscription but I canceled it..wasn't worth it. I dont even use the AC system , I installed mini splits. Throughout my home. Which does the job. Nexgen system can't even keep up.. It was a pleasant experience. Alex and installers were very professional and to my surprise finished the installation in one day. Works great, very happy and would highly recommend Nexgen.

Tune-up was good $25, Was told everything was good, but 3 weeks later unit stopped working. Was told that unit needed coolant that would cost $1700, plus needed to replace fuses for $240. Charged my card $280. Did not add coolant. Not happy! CORRECTION--my bill was $241, but was told by another technician that the switch was tripped. Did not need fuses. Still not happy!

Technician was very pleasant seems professional but overpriced of capacitor battery change over $500 Also A/C filter $ 147.no A/C tune up. Labor fee was expensive. Did not leave receipt ;(
