Ronnie was great; very professional and he explained everything along with options along the way.Ā
The young man took his time to check out our heater and air conditioner. Replaced our filters also.Ā
Nexgen is well run. They show up when they say and have good follow up. My only complaint (and it is minor) is that on every visit they are trying to sell you another upgrade or service. But they arenāt pushy about it.Ā
We needed our 50 year old furnace replaced. Garrett and Carlos G. were the first two to come out within the hour. They were so professional and diagnosed the problem within minutes. They gave us a great deal on the new unit. The were able to schedule us the next day to have our new unit installed. Danny and Ricky were the installers. They too were so professional.
