NexGen has been my go to for my AC/heating issues for over 7 years. They installed my current system and have serviced it since. Their techs are reliable and professional and FAST!
Straight up liars. Called for service at 2pm and told me that they couldn’t come out till the next day and I agreed. The following day 2 technicians come out. They claimed my condenser was clogged and told me that because of it my capacitor was over worked and caused it to fail. They have been servicing my AC for the past 2 years so all of a sudden it’s clogged. The technician tells me I have 3 options. Our AC went out and we have a subscription with this company and they advise us they have no staff that could come the same day to assist. They just advise they will have someone out the next day. Keep it mind it was over 106 degree,. They claim they had call and couldn’t even get someone to come out.
