There website is live, but everything is out of stock. The phone line is disconnected and they do not respond to emails. They are clearly out of business.
The Nexersys N3C is an exceptional and unique machine. I believe that only people who have issues take the time to write reviews. For every dissatisfied customer, how many hundreds are actually satisfied? Nexersys has stopped selling its machines internationally for the time being (I'm in France), and that's a real shame. I hope a solution can be found. I wrote this because I feel the current rating doesn't fairly reflect Nexersys' efforts and the overall quality of the product.
It is April 23, 2025 and still unable to get through either service or sales, neither ever pick up. Very frustrating not being able to get support.
DISASTER!!! Bought the Nexersys N3 Elite and really like the idea behind it. Unfortunately, it doesn´t work as advertised. :-( There seem to be multiple software as well as hardware issues. For example, one pad does not respond at all anymore (after just a couple of months with very rare use). I contacted customer service, which first had difficulties to understand the very basic nature of the problem and then took weeks to respond (only responded after a couple of inquiries). I purchased a boxing unit for Christmas for my husband. He has yet to be able to use it. Seems like we have the same issues that everyone else has. Bad tablet and can not do the updates. And also responses take forever from anyone. And when you do get a response and a hopeful fix(new tablet top be sent) it never happens as well. Left a voicemail today so we will we see how that goes. Maybe all of us who have purchased these useless machines need to get together and proceed with some kind of legal action. Machine cost way too... read more
