Terrible customer service. My husband caught one of the salesman talking bad about me using vulgar language while I was outside looking for a vehicle. No one had even helped yet. People like that should never work in sales. The managers were laughing about it as we left. This just show what type of people work here.

Before the DEAL was done, Kevin Norris assured me he would promise I would drive away in a vehicle. I went into the office & that was deal was sealed, Kevin & Cynthia are great and makes everything comfortable to assure you they’ll get it done for you! I DROVE AWAY happy & satisfied! I traded in a 2005 Jeep to drive away with a 2017 Corolla 👍🏼😊.
Had the best car buying experience...got an amazing car despite my less than amazing credit...was treated like I was paying in full in cash even though there were a “few” obstacles in my way....and left feeling like I made friends, not just got sold a car.
