I received a prompt email response but dealer never followed up, subsequently found another vehicle .

Hello nicole. we feel that there was a little miscommunication. after reading the review we read the emails. we did respond to the first email that you sent on 8/21/20 with information about the vehicle, our location and our contact information. then you sent an email telling me that you would like to come in 8/28/20 around 2pm and you will confirm the appointment before you come in. but you never did. our understanding was that we were waiting on an appointment confirmation email due to our last conversation. unfortunately ... read more

Bashar was friendly, professional and patient. We drove several cars and when we finally picked one (I am quite picky and thorough) he worked with us and met our price. The car is a peach and we are very happy with the entire process and with how we were treated. Thanks Bashar.

No one ever came outside to greet me. I had to go into the shady looking building to get assistance. The guy was nice enough but the vehicle had the check engine light on when he started the vehicle. He said it had been awhile since he turned it on and that the light has never been on before.... not a good sign for the car or dealership. Then he said that he would talk to his mechanic to get it fixed and he would call me back when it is finished. Took my name and number down but I have not heard back anything and it’s been 3... read more

The salesman was polite, attentive and seemed honest. After finally agreeing on a price, and SHAKING HANDS ON IT, he he reneged on the sale price!! Stating that his brother would not let him sell it at that price. I left disappointed cuz i can't from an hour drives away

there was no contract. we have the right not go through a deal without giving any reason. the salesman didn't try to change the price, you came in to our dealership and we couldn't do business and that was it.please contact the dealership to discuss this matter.
