RecommendedI moved here recently from the Omaha area and I have to say, this is by far the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Right when I came in to discuss unit, Tim was very welcoming and informative with the layout and options being offered here. This is a prime location and has everything you can want. It’s a great atmosphere here I could not ask for anything better! Thanks again Tim!
I moved into Nexa last week and since I got here the staff has been great. Tim has gone out of his way to make sure the move in process was easy and efficient. I really appreciate all the help they have provided over this past week!
We’ve had issues with this apartment since moving in. The elevator does not work and constantly reeks of cigarettes from other people smoking in them. The dog park has cigarette butts scattered throughout. I was super excited to move out and gave my 60 day notice, but the office lost this and never put it in to their system. I let one manager know over the phone that I did in fact put it in on time and she promised to honor it but I received an email stating I had a $3000 charge for not turning in my 60 notice to move out. My son moved into the complex this month. We could not be more impressed with the entire experience- We were looking at 2 different establishments, and after we toured both, it was not a choice. Tim was the young gentleman that showed us around the facility. He was super helpful and answered all of our questions with a smile. Employees like him are what will attract good renters. I really like Nexa this apartment. It is really nice and Connie is very helpful! She helped me to look at the room and helped me to set up for my aps account! She is really nice! I am very appreciate this that!

The place was really nice, close to the ASU and also the staff are very nice.
