RecommendedAwesome community in the perfect location. The amenities are my favorite and it's close proximity to ASU can't be beaten.
Nexa is a great community located right by campus which has helped while I have been taking classes there. The employees there are always energetic and very helpful when you need something. The amenities far surpass those of the others in the area. I would highly suggests living here and have your friends come as well.
They don't have enough visitors parking! I literally havent been able to visit my friend in weeks because they think 15 parking spaces is enough for their hundreds of residents; I'm so fed up with having to cancel plans because of their bs parking ! And if you park anywhere else they tow you within 30min for a $160 fine. So am I just not allowed to visit anymore?? There has to be some kind of alternative

I have family in Arizona and planning on making my move to join them in a few months. I have been searching for a modern, fresh, clean and friendly apartment and NEXA is it! Tim greeted me and spent more time than needed to show me the property, amenities, and nearby attractions. I was very impressed with the upkeep and offerings. He was very professional and spoke about his move to AZ, which made me feel right at home.
