RecommendedAwesome community in the perfect location. The amenities are my favorite and it's close proximity to ASU can't be beaten.
RecommendedNexa is a great community located right by campus which has helped while I have been taking classes there. The employees there are always energetic and very helpful when you need something. The amenities far surpass those of the others in the area. I would highly suggests living here and have your friends come as well.
They don't have enough visitors parking! I literally havent been able to visit my friend in weeks because they think 15 parking spaces is enough for their hundreds of residents; I'm so fed up with having to cancel plans because of their bs parking ! And if you park anywhere else they tow you within 30min for a $160 fine. So am I just not allowed to visit anymore?? There has to be some kind of alternative

Tim greeted me and spent more time than needed to show me the property, amenities, and nearby attractions. I was very impressed with the upkeep and offerings. He was very professional and spoke about his move to AZ, which made me feel right at home.
