Seems like they didn’t care to work, Waited long time and no communication, waited almost an hour without customer ahead of me. Had a very bad experience, old guy barber hold my son's hand trying to scare him cutting he's hand with a razor. My son have autism disorder, thats not proper way to show him razor will not hurt him. I Told the old guy barber to stop doing that, i talked to the dept manager to address this matter. Thats unacceptable. Great hair cut. Wait not isn't long. Can't beat $15 hair cut.
They average 30-40 minutes per person. Expect a 2 hour wait or more depending on how many people ahead of you. People leaving, because of the wait time. They do a good job from the haircuts I saw, but never got.
