Truly one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt calmed and welcomed. The whole place was clean and had an overall relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was incredibly kind, warm, and professional. It was clear that they truly care about their clients. The massage itself was amazing too. I will absolutely be coming back. I’m so glad to have found this hidden gem in Murfreesboro!!
I cannot express how happy my wife and I were with the services we received. We booked a couple's massage with Julia and Sophie. It was my wifes first massage and it could not have gone better. The couples room was spacious and that ambiance was calming and relaxing. The price was affordable for a surge on our wellbeing. Thanks again!

New You was recommended by a friend and it was by far the best massage I’ve ever received. I’ve probably had 50-60 massages in my life and this one was the best. I got a deep tissue massage to help relieve the tightness in my shoulders and back. I felt the tightness melting away. I’ll definitely make New You a regular appointment in my life.
