I had a scheduled appointment to have the kitchen hood service cleaned at 7:00 am, no one showed up. I called the number only to be answered by a answering service I leave a message to have someone call me back. I finally get a called back after 2 attempts at 8:06 am and the lady very rude wants to talk over me when I'm trying to let her know I have been waiting here for the appointment. I waisted my time and had to pay 2 employees to be here to assist. Bad service, don't waist your time.

What wonderful service. There was a slight miscommunication that brought the owner to our home thinking he was just doing an estimate when we had scheduled a cleaning. He got on the phone and made arrangements to have someone there that day to clean, and couldn't have been nicer or more committed to making sure we were serviced the same day. I never usually write reviews...but I would highly recommend using their services! They did a great job at my house and took care of my house, and I (as the customer) wonderfully...and the price was more than fair. They have quality workers that go above and beyond. They do not rush through the cleaning. I will not be going anywhere else.

We just can not say enough about the service and care we received from Newton's. They took incredible care of us during a very stressful time after a pipe burst and flooded our home in several areas. I didn't think it could be done. My carpet had not been cleaned for a year, and was dotted with cat markings of many types. Tonight, it is nearly dry, and lookin' good. Didn't think it would ever come out so well. Now I know why I always call Newton for my carpet cleaning. Thanks so much.
