Incredibly rude phone staff, especially the lady answering phone today. I haven't been feeling well, and she goes the doctor can't see you go to an urgent care. So if the intention for practice isn't to take of you when you are sick you are doing a really good job.
PCP was great but staff at this office -- on phone and at front desk-- are INCREDIBLY rude.
My pcp moved here, or so Ive been told. I wouldnt know for sure because she never is available for my appointment. Interestingly enough she stopped showing for my appointments when i asked the efficasy of giving my son a certain experimental vaccine. I voiced my concern as all information had been pointing to the fact that the CDC had said, children are not a good vector, nor are the in direct danger from the Virus. The front desk people in this office are so rude! They have no respect for anyones time or obligations. They raise their voice and speak to you in a disrespectful manner. They have no sense of professionalism, AT ALL! It doesn't matter how friendly the doctors are if you have a terrible experience before seeing them. I suggest going somewhere else if possible!
