Ordered contacts three weeks ago, each time I’ve called to check on order the staff has been rude. First time staff said they would call me when contacts came in. When I called back two weeks later they said they were unsure if contacts came in or not when I asked if they could provide temporary contacts since it has been over a month he said he was unsure and hung up on me when pressed further. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have seen many eye doctors in Hot Springs through the years and none have been nearly as accurate as Dr Newton. He is patient and professional every time and cares if you have the correct prescription. 5+ stars!

I have been a patient of Dr. Newton's for quite a while and have always been very pleased with his care. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would not go to anyone else!

Dr. Newton is simply the best. He takes his time, he explains, and he listens. His staff is so friendly and I enjoy every visit. I always look forward to seeing him and he is always very professional as well as caring.

I went in to order contacts. I needed some now and I was willing to pay a higher price for them to avoid the wait time. I asked if they had them in stock, the clerk said they did. Then he handed me a bill for $100 and said they'd be in in 8-10. I said "You have to order them? You said you had them in stock! If I wanted to order them I'd order them online where they're $20 cheaper. Male clerk said "I asked you if you were ok with the price twice so dont you come in here with that attitude." RUDE!
