Staff was so helpful & able to schedule a same-day appointment. They even arrived earlier than expected & were patient when I wasn't quite ready. Kind, knowledgeable service techs were able to diagnose my issue & get me scheduled for the repair.
I asked around the neighborhood for a good air conditioning repair company and this company came highly recommended. I would have to say they lived up to their praise. They completed my ac repair efficiently and offered affordable rates. If I ever need additional air conditioning service done, I will be calling this company.
Bryton is very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Plus he has great people skills. Meaning he's very nice and polite. He explained in detail the issues with our heater and ducts, and answered all of our questions. I have and will continue to make referrals to him and Newton Heating and Cooling.
Philip cleaned my clothes dryer vent and ducts, and also replaced my duct between the dryer and the wall. They did a fantastic job and we will use them again, for sure. They are always very professional, efficient and courteous.
BEWARE: Company had me pre-pay and then cancelled 2 days in a row. No showed day 1, cancelled after resetting day 2. Very rude, left the customer hanging!!
