Ordered a new pair of glasses and then asked to have new no line progressive lenses put in a pair of old glasses and a pair of sun glasses. Spent $775.00. The progressive lenses came in with lines in both pair of glasses. The doctor said there was nothing they could do to help rectify this situation. Absolutely nothing. My recommendation is to never go to the Newton Eye Clinic in Newton Iowa. Their customer service is extremely poor.
