I have had two appointments cancelled by Dr. Newton the day of the appointment, within a month of each other.. when I called back to get yet ANOTHER appointment, I was told that they are booked through December and not taking new appointments (like it’s my fault that the first two got cancelled). Not to mention, I called for days before I could get someone on the phone to say they couldn’t help me. My son cannot see well at all, he needs his glasses for school and overall safety. These folks have moved his appointment twice it's been three months. I get another call this morning and get told it's canceled yet again. I also get told to look for another clinic. FLIPPIN WOW!! Folks if you value the business of your time, if you don't want to feel disrespected and pushed aside, then DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC. Negative 5 stars! Place is a joke, canceled 3 appointments in a row on me!! Took off work and lost pay three different times. Asked for a trial pair and was denied. Terrible customer service!
They are all so kind and professional. I would highly recommend, but please change your times here since you are not open on Saturday.
Dr Newton has always been great. His receptionist is the worst, doesn't want to help customers. He is just too busy. Never going there again.
