After today, I will be switching. After having my 5 month old lab seen here for the last few months, I began to feel like I was paying too much $70+ per month for puppy vacs & flea/heartworm med (plus several hundred spent when her eye was scratched by a cat). Today, I inquired about spaying & rabies vaccination was quoted approx $300! One phone call made to alternate reputable office and WITH office visit/stay/rabies vaccs would save over $70.00! They are the best. They took wonderful care of Buddy from his initial check-up after his adoption 2 years ago to his peaceful crossing over yesterday!
We have always used the Newton Animal Clinic for routine check ups and had great service. Unfortunately we experienced our first pwt emergency when our dog was hit by a truck. The staff from reception (answering my frantic phone call and annoying check in calls), to the techs and both vets were amazing in helping our fur baby recover and feel calm , keeping me informed, and providing quality care! I can't thank them each enough!
One of the hardest decisions I had to make in recent years , putting my dog down. I have always loved this Clinic and how they are with my animals, but now I know that they will be honest and upfront as well as caring and considerate. Thank you so much guys. The footprint you sent of Tank brought me to tears right now, but will always be mch appreciated. Wish we could have managed that for Zeus. Thank you.
I take all 3 of my Babies here for all there check-ups and shots and everything in between the staff is always great and kind, my dogs love them and they are always available for any questions or concerns i may have ��
I would NEVER trust these people with my dog! The staff is VERY rude. The lady who answered the phone this morning hung up on me. Their price for a dog neuter was almost $200. So, I asked did she know where any more vet offices were (as I'm not from here. I'm from Florida) very very rude!!!
The staff could have been a little better at communicating with one another. Had already had to make tuff decision to put my 10 year old dog to sleep. Had called and made arrangements to bring him in but when I got there had to go through it all again. Really could have made that tuff decision go smoother
