They asked us to show a house to potential renters ourselves because there "was no realtor to do it" They also book last second viewings without reasonable advanced notice (3 hours before) Highly unprofessional. Will try to take advantage of your kindness

They did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. They really treat the situation like they are purchasing the property – they look out for you and have your best interests in mind.
