Building next door but dug 25 foot trench in my yard. We couldn't believe it! Their plans called for the new house and the regraded lot to drain, not just into our yard, but literally through our yard. They dug a 25 foot long, four feet deep trench through the back of our property, without saying a thing to us. No letter, no call, no knock on the door.
