I have been going to new rain for years. They always do an excellent job and have great customer service. They will continue to listen to your wants until you love the outcome
came here for the first time for a brazilian wax and dina was sooo sweet and kind. she was very patient with me. it hurts at first but as she kept going she kept reassuring me and again was very patient. i usually get my eyebrows waxed given the fact that i was scared to try threading, she asked if i wanted to try and again she made me so comfortable (threading does not hurt that bad). i’m definitely returning again.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS THREADING SPOT!!!!!! Yesterday 6/16/2025 . I’ve been going to the same lady for monthssss getting my eyebrows threaded, NEVER HAD AN ISSUE SHE ALWAYS DID MY EYEBROWS PREFECT. I told Her all I want is a CLEAN UP . When I was finished, my right eyebrow was thin and my left eyebrow was thick . I NEVER told the lady to make my eyebrows thin. MIND YOU MY EYEBROW ARE NATURALLY THICK AND I KEEP MY EYEBROWS THICK!! Horrible customer service. I've been having an issue with my points expiring for quite some time. I also had a lady redeem my points, supposedly by accident and still charge me for my brows. I try to save my points for a Brazilian wax. She promised that she would speak with the owner, to no avail, to rectify the issue. That never happened.
