I lived at Newporter Apartments for almost four years. I found the manager, Terry, to be unfailingly kind and responsive to concerns, and the maintenance crew, Mihai and Karissa, professional and thorough. The area is safe, the community is gated, and it's very conveniently located within walking distance of a number of stores and the library.
The office manager Terry is really nice and helped a lot with the application process. The groundskeeper Karissa is really nice and keeps the apartment complex very clean and Mihai is a very kind maintenance guy as well I just saw him painting the parking spots just recently.
The staff here is very accommodating. Terry was great at processing my paperwork in a timely manner, Karissa is always smiling and ready to help, Mihai is very knowledgeable when fixing things and doing maintenance. I love the team.
My family and I have recently moved to the Newporter Apts, we have have received very delightful and conscientious help and care by Terri, Mihai, and Karissa. We are happy we came
