I absolutely love living at The Newporter Apartments on N Marks Ave! This complex is a hidden gem – it’s small, quiet, and has such a friendly atmosphere that makes it feel like home right away. Terry, in the front office and our landlord, is amazing. She’s always so helpful, responsive, and keeps us updated with anything happening in the community. The Management at Newporter Apartments is the best I have ever encountered! Managers name is Terry and she is fantastic! I was having some maintenance problems and she got right on them. I was amazed at how quickly she got on it! I thought I was going to have to call again. The quality of work done by Mihai, who is the person who takes care of the maintenance, did a great job and even let me know about a couple of other things that needed to be done before they became a serious problem. I highly recommend Newporter Apartments. It's a great place to live. The grounds are kept up beautifully not to mention the large sparkling pool. This gated community is very safe with your own attaced garage, which you dont find very often. The best oart is mgmt. Terry is amazing.... she's never too busy for her tenants and always takes care of any problems or issues that come up. I had to move out due to unforseen circumstances but I if I'm ever in the market for an apt again, I would choose the Newporter Apts;)
The Newporter community is absolutely wonderful. Very quiet and peaceful, friendly neighbors who look out for one another & a great location. My family and I greatly enjoyed the 5 years we spent here in this community Terry is the most kind and helpful apartment manager I’ve ever had. She’s efficient and will be sure you get whatever you need as soon as she can. Me and my family recently moved in a week ago and we love it here already. These apartments are like homes. Very spacious, clean and quiet. The manager Terry is amazing. She made our move-in process very easy.
