Couldn't of had a better experience. From the easy parking to the short wait made my appointment a breeze. Dr Robicheaux spent time answering all my questions and walked me through the surgery. After my para motor accident I needed a surgeon that I could trust and he was the man.
I WOULD LIKE TO THANK SAMANTHA THE TECH WHO DID MY CAT SCAN! SHE TOLD ME THE SCAN WOULD BE BRIEF AND EASY COMPARED TO MY MRI! I HAD TO PUSH THE PANIC BUTTON BECAUSE MY DOCTOR'S OFFICE NEVER RESPONDED TO GETTING ME A SEDATIVE TO DEAL WITH EXTREME CLAUSTRAPHOBIA! THE MEMORY OF TRAUMA I SUFFERED TRIGGERED MY FEARS AGAIN FOR DAYS! I HAD A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE ON CARNIVAL SPLENDOR IN 2010 THAT BROUGHT UP THE MEMORY OF BEING LOCKED IN MY ROOM WITH 2 GAURDS AT THE DOOR! Run away!!! Inexperienced young doctors and front desk girls. Noone will ever call you back. The girls say they check your insurance but TWICE my tests have been sent out of network resulting in over $5,100 of out of pocket expenses for me. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from Vally, Roshawn, Lee and Robicheaux.
