Spent a summer evening setting up and enjoying an event welcoming in the new board for a local Rotary Club the BBRC. Upstairs, nice kitchen and room with chairs, tables and pots and pans, bowls for chips, tongs for rotating the hot dogs on the grill on the deck, my job- cooked about 36, the buns were a little tricky, you can’t leave them on too long or they’re black, learned the hard way on a couple of them, anyway had about 60 attending and we had boxes of Dicks hamburgers and the hot dogs with all the fixings, spent the ev... read more
