This place is a LITERAL JOKE!!! I was on a lease with someone and moved out, paid remainder of there OWED rent to get my name off the lease, called, checked in to make sure it was off & it was constantly a round about with whether or not it was done. Well they got new office staff and supposedly there was no path or proof I had paid hundreds of dollars to get my name off & there was NOTHING THWY COULD DO!!!! FYI for current residents!!! The pool was opened late this year. Then management changed pool hours to close the pool at 6pm. Today, I'm headed out and some woman gained access to the pool with keys after swimming hours. She unlocked the pool to go in and locked it behind her. So for everyone living here and paying rent, we had the pool taken from us for someone to get private access.
The new manager, Kristen, is terrible; I've lived here for two years and have had no problems until she took over.
Fantastic management, Great views. I love my apartment. Maintenance is always right on top of things. I have quiet neighbors which I'm so thankful for! I'm happy to say I gave apartment living another try and I'm not dissapointed. Me and my husband love Newport Woods. Kendra helped me during the stressful move in process and Whitney was so nice. The 500 mile move was not as bad as it could of been.
Kendra took care of all our needs! Thanks so much what a great experience
