I would strongly advise anyone looking for commercial space to avoid Newport Victoria Plaza. My experience with the property manager Liennette Chung was nothing short of professional malpractice. Initially she was dismissive and claimed she could not speak with me for several days and insisted on a specific time that did not work for my schedule.
