I lived at Newport Terrance for almost two years. Had to leave cuz the resident manager sucked. He took his time to get things fixed in the apt including the smoke detector. He seldom answered calls for repair. Had to do my own repair most of the time including fixing the garbage disposal. My bathroom ceiling was leaking and the mgr only bothered to temporarily fix it after I threatened to report him. Also, he recently allowed one of his tenants to run an eating establishment right out of the apartment. Is that legal? I sure... read more
This apartment complex has developed into a sorry excuse for a place to call "home". Smashing up to 6 people into a 1 bedroom apartment is not my idea of peaceful living...especially when the manager chooses to do nothing about it. I cant wait until my lease is up because I am leaving. 6 months is more than enough time to spend here.
I Have Lived In Newport Terrace Apts For About A Year And A Half. And From What I Experienced, Management And Others Who Have Lived There, Were More Than Amiable. The Property Is Always Clean And The Manager Is Friendly And Is Willing To Go The Extra Mile For Your Comfortablity. Its Extremely Unfortunate That Some People Have Nothing Better To Do Than To Bag On People On The Internet.
i lived here for over 6 years. the manager has 3 jobs and is never there, he will not make repairs or answer your calls, or even return the page on the "emergency pager." the management company is no better. These people are dishonest and unreliable.
