They did not honor their early refund policy. I purchased a 1-year membership with them, moved out of Newport at the 9-month mark, which entitles me to a partial refund for the remaining unused months. But, they never refunded me this, despite multiple polite emails to member services and the manager Jeffrey (see 2 photos).
