I stopped in around 7:00 PM on a Monday for a quick walk-in tour. No one was at the front desk, so I had to find a staff member myself. I was only interested in seeing the pool and cardio equipment. The pool is quite short (15 meters) and you have to reserve your lane time because it’s so small. I asked where the lifeguard was, and the guide pointed to an employee completely absorbed in their phone while people were actively swimming. The worst billing system I’ve ever encountered. I sent out an email in Feb request cancellation since I’ll no longer use it in March. Got response that I’ll be charged through April since I paid the last month upfront. I’m not aware that I’ve already paid the fee for “last month” and if so I should got refund and should not go till April since I explicitly request cancellation in Feburary. I think for a gym membership that we paid on a month-to-month billing we really should have the right cancel on the month as we wish. The... read more

Swam laps here in a clean, medium-sized pool. It's 2 to a lane. You need to reserve your lane (up to 4 days) in advance, and there's no extra reservation fee.

Decent gym but they are always closing 10 min early. Not friendly

rather disorganized. plates are scattered all over the place, people aren't penalized for not putting them back, and staff don't seem to do it either. also, no wipes for the equipment. people just use equipment and move on. I would LOVE to wipe but there's just none in sight! on the bright side, there's enough equipment that you don't have to wait much
