Tennis courts are managed and operated horribly. Voicing any concerns are met with rude front desk staff members who are more glued to their phones, than the paying clients. Not worth the $ at all. Wait the time for a court at Pershing or Washington Park.
Beware of this company’s billing system. Cancel your membership and you’ll still be charged for two extra months. They claim the deposit covers the last month, but in reality they will always charge you for at least one more month no matter what. The only difference is whether you end up paying for one extra month or two. The monthly price also increased suddenly without my consent.
Decent, but the a/c doesn’t work well and they close early on the weekends, which is when most people are available to workout… (and they’re always trying to close 10 minutes early)
They have rooftop tennis courts which are cool but they don’t have any lights on the court. The gym still accepts reservations after dark which is wrong especially since these are paid time slots. Please be careful about choosing your time slot. It starts getting dark/low visibility 15 mins before the sunset.
