My cousin and I spent a week in Newport and one of our favorite parts was visiting Newport Silver! Got some toe rings and matching rings! Great quality and Jocelyn provided awesome customer service.
Very organized displays. So many items. All so pretty and unique. They shave pearls to make the shape and dye it to make different color peral jewelrys. Never seen anything like it. One of kind! Loved, loved baby blue tear drop pearls! Ended up buying matching ring and earrings!
They have a great selection of silver jewelry. Fay was very helpful to find me cute pieces. Must visit if you’re in downtown New Port.
My husband and I stopped in because I enjoy collecting silver jewelry. I ended up getting a pair of matching rings for my best friend and I. They have a great selection of jewelry and pieces. The service could use a little work. The woman working was nice but not proactive with customers. Instead of seeing if we needed assistance, she just stayed behind the counter looking at her phone. We had to continually get her attention. I will still come back but improving customer service would definitely go a long way for business.
