Let’s be real about 9 Hall Ave: no amount of spin changes the fact that the asking rent is an absolute delusion for what is being offered. Highly disappointing experience inquiring about the lease at 9 Hall Ave. The agent, Sue, was extremely dismissive and provided blatantly inaccurate information regarding the property's features. John Gullison is Rude and unhinged came in to our apartment and started screaming and cursing at my wife had to tell him to get away from her and then proceeded to threaten to kick us out over a leaking water pipe that we just noticed I really don’t want to bring race into it but what else would drive someone to scare children the way he had our kids crying it’s really sad because we love Newport but because now we feel unsafe we are going to look for somewhere else to live
