This company is A++ and I will tell everyone and anyone to use them. To start Tom ANSWERED the phone and was knowledgeable and kind, he was sympathetic to our not so wonderful situation (no gas, infant in house, below 0 temps) and addressed it quickly. I called at 10am and by 5pm Tom and Donnie were here installing brand new tanks and filling them.
